SO.. Things are getting crazy around here with just a couple weeks to go until school is done for the semester. We are really looking forward to Turkey Day break so we can pig out ...and do homework.
Matty surprised me with a real Christmas tree a couple days ago! It is the most beautiful tree I have ever seen! I couldn't wipe the smile off my face! I was SO exited! I LOVE Christmas!
I ventured into caramel making this weekend.. I didnt have a candy thermometer...so I used a turkey thermometer.. DOES NOT WORK THE SAME!!! hahaha! anyways.. after dumping it back out of the pan and boiling it a second time.. it worked! :)
